What are product labels?

What are product labels?

Product decals are a type of label with adhesive backing made of paper. After peeling off the backing, the decal label is gently pressed onto the product.

Unlike other types of labels, adhesive decals adhere by wetting and drying or heating the pre-applied adhesive layer of the label, then sticking it to the product with a simple click.

Paper decals typically consist of four parts: the design at the bottom, the anti-stick layer, the adhesive layer, and the backing layer. The most important part to pay attention to is the top layer.

Product decals are commonly used to print labels displaying product information in industrial, office, and everyday life settings, or as brand labels (in this type of warranty). We often see broken sticks in electronics stores attached to their products to help customers read the warranty date and check if the lights are working.

Product decals can also be similar items to those created by labels and stickers, so sometimes we can call them decal stickers, adhesive decals, etc.
