Payment regulations

To ensure transparency, convenience and safety for customers during the process of shopping and using services, Nam Viet Group applies the following payment regulations:

1. Payment method

Customers can choose one of the following payment methods:

1.1. Cash payment

  • Applicable when customers receive goods directly at the office or deliver within the city.
  • Delivery staff or sales staff will collect money and issue invoices (if requested).

1.2. Bank transfer payment

Customers can pay by bank transfer according to the information provided on the invoice or order confirmation.

Note:

  • Clearly state the transfer content: Customer name - Order code.
  • The order will be processed after the system confirms receipt of money.

1.3. Payment via e-wallet / payment gateway

  • Applicable to customers paying online via supported gateways (Momo, ZaloPay, VNPay ...).
  • The system will automatically confirm successful transactions immediately.

2. Payment confirmation regulations

  • For orders paid before delivery, the sales department will contact to confirm within 1-12 hours after receiving payment.
  • For orders paid upon receipt, customers need to pay the full value of the order to the delivery staff.

3. Invoice issuance

  • Customers who need to issue a VAT invoice need to provide business information immediately upon placing the order.
  • The invoice will be issued within 1-3 days after successful payment.

4. Invalid payment cases

Payment activities may be rejected in the following cases:

  • Incorrect receiving account information.
  • Amount does not match the order value.
  • No transfer content or wrong order code.
  • Detecting signs of unusual or fraudulent transactions.

5. Refunds & transaction processing

5.1. Refund conditions

  • Refund when the order is canceled and not delivered.
  • The product is defective due to the manufacturer but the customer does not want to exchange for a new one.
  • The payment is deducted but the system does not record it.

5.2. Refund time

  • For bank transfers: from 3-7 working days.
  • For payments via e-wallets/payment gateways: according to the regulations of each supplier.

6. Commitment to payment information security

Nam Viet Group commits to absolute confidentiality:

  • Customer account information.
  • Transaction history.
  • Data related to orders.

Payment data is encrypted and not shared with third parties, unless requested by competent authorities as prescribed by law.
