Welcome to namvietgroups.com website. By accessing, using the website or ordering services of Nam Viet Group Solutions Joint Stock Company (hereinafter referred to as “Nam Viet Group” or “We”), you (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”) agree to comply with the terms and regulations below:

Article 1: Scope of Services

We provide consulting services, graphic design, and production of printed products (catalogues, brochures, labels, packaging, etc.) according to the requirements of the Customer.Điều 2: Trách nhiệm của Khách hàng

1. Information provision: The Customer undertakes to provide complete and accurate contact information (name, phone number, email, address) and information necessary for order execution (specifications, quantity, materials).
2. Printed content: The Customer is fully responsible before the law for the content and images provided to Nam Viet group. The Customer undertakes that he/she has full intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark) for the provided content.
3. Disclaimer for Nam Viet group: Nam Viet group is exempted from all legal responsibilities related to copyright disputes or violations of the law (e.g., prohibited, political, obscene content) contained in the Customer's printed content.
4. Sample approval process (Proofing):

• The Customer is responsible for carefully checking the final design file ("makét", "proof" file) that Nam Viet group sends for confirmation.
• Confirmation (via email, Zalo, or text) means that the Customer has agreed on the content, color (relatively), spelling, and layout of the design.
• Nam Viet group will not be responsible for errors (spelling, incorrect information, design errors) in the file that the Customer has approved. 

Article 3: Responsibilities of Nam Viet Group

1. Provide clear and accurate advice on specifications, materials, and implementation time.
2. Execute orders in accordance with technical specifications and design files confirmed by the Customer.
3. Notify the Customer if any problems arise during the production process.
4. Comply with the Customer Information Security Policy. 

Article 4: Payment

1. The Customer is responsible for payment according to the quotation agreed upon by both parties.
2. For most orders, the Customer needs to deposit a portion of the order value (usually 50%) before Nam Viet Group proceeds with production.
3. The remaining amount will be paid upon delivery or according to specific agreements. 

Article 5: Intellectual Property Rights

1. For files provided by the Customer: The Customer owns all copyrights.

2. For files designed by Nam Viet group:

• The Customer has full rights to use the design file for the agreed purpose after full payment.
• Nam Viet group has the right to retain the original file (vector file, .PSD file...) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Nam Viet group has the right to use the finished product image (with sensitive information blurred if necessary) for the purpose of promoting and introducing the company (portfolio). 

Article 6: Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update and change these regulations at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be posted on the website namvietgroups.com.
